Package and Pricing

This package is for an average wedding ceremony; beginning with the bride and groom preparing for the event and ending with the special events at the reception. This is typically an eight-hour photo shoot. I will photograph the bride and her bridesmaids, and the groom and his groomsmen, the wedding ceremony, and the reception. Following the ceremony, with a 30 to 45 minute window photographs are taken of the bride and groom alone, then of the wedding party, also any additional family photographs with the wedding party; Such as grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles. Traditional wedding session will result in 225-275 photographs.

I prefer to photograph the majority of the posed photos outside. From my experience, natural sunlight and natural environments provide for the most beautiful photographs.

I will give you all of the photographs as high resolution digital files burnt to a CD Rom. You can take the CD Rom to any photo developing counter for as many prints as you like for about ¢.17 to ¢.23 each, depending on where you go. I will crop your photos to two specific sizes; 3x5, 4x6, 5x7, or 8x10. Additional sizes will cost $35 each set.

You will also receive two Quicktime movies of your photographs set to the song of your choice. One movie
is small (about 2" by 3" in size) which is perfect for emailing to your friends and family. The other is about 8" by 9" which is perfect to watch on your home computer.

You will receive a basic setup web folder of your images. If you chose to acquire a host for your web site, you can use it to display the photos for friends and family. The images in this folder are also small enough that you can email them! The high resolution images for print are a rather large file each, and may not be easy to email.

Your photos will be posted on http://www.kodakgallery.com/ You can use this to print, and share your photos with friends and family. You will be set up with a login of your email address, and password of your last name.

Total pricing for this typical package is $800. The price is negotiable based on time, quantity of images, and desired output of images.

If you prefer to have your photos printed, it is an additional cost of $65.

Special editing such as sepia, black and white, or black and white with some color in the photo is also available and negotiable.

Turnover time for a typical wedding is 10-14 days. You will receive all of your files by that time.
